Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 6–Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Secs. 11 & 18–Unauthorized dispossession of tenant–Applicable provision–Plaintiff claimed himself to be the tenant–He could avail the remedy available u/s. 11 of Rajasthan Rent Control Act within thirty days from the date of knowledge of his dispossession–After losing the opportunity of availing this remedy, he filed the suit u/s. 6 of Specific Relief Act–Suit was not maintainable in view of bar of Sec. 18(1) of the Act of 2001–Plaint deserves to be rejected under the provisions of Order 7, Rule 11.
