Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 427–Conviction in different cases–Prayer for direction to run the sentence concurrently–As per provisions of Sec. 427, Court may direct that the subsequent sentence shall run concurrently with the previous sentence–But such a direction may be given by the Court after taking into consideration the facts of the case while passing the subsequent sentence–Directed accordingly.
