Electricity Act, 1910–Sec. 26(6)–General conditions for supply and scale of miscellaneous charges relating to the supply of electricity–Point 19(d)(vii)–Bill of average consumption–In the situation of meter out of order or stopped, the provisions of Sec. 26(6) do not apply–These are applicable in the situation where the meter is not correct–Conclusion of trial Court that the matter ought to be handed over to Electricity Inspector, is not justified–Set aside and claim dismissed.
