Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9(j)–Eviction on the ground that the mother of petitioner-tenant has acquired her own premises–Premises is in name of mother who did not during her lifetime divide the property or bequested in favour of brother of the petitioner–Held, no interference is required in the conclusion of Tribunal.
