Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 482–Scope–No mini-trial can be conducted by the High Court in the exercise of powers u/s. 482 jurisdiction and at the stage of deciding the application u/s. 482 the High Court cannot get into the appreciation of evidence of the particular case being considered.
