Guardian & Wards Act, 1890–Secs. 29 & 31–Permission for transfer in respect of the benefit of the ward is required to be considered after keeping in mind the overall interest of the ward–If the ward is studying in a school or any other educational institution and he/she does not have any means to pursue the education, such factor can be relevant for the purpose of granting permission and imparting education will be always advantageous to the ward.
