Rajasthan Agriculture Produce Market Act, 1961–Sec. 5A–Rajasthan Agriculture Produce Market Rules, 1963–Rule 56A–Establishment of another sub-market yard at the distance of two km. from the petitioners’ private submarket yard–Rule 56A does not provide any provision with regard to the distance between two private sub-market yards–Discretion lies with the State Government–Nothing on record to show that there is any bar on the issuance of the license for private sub-market yard within a distance of two kms.–Petitioner’s contention regarding the extension of the market proper to the whole gram panchayat is also the discretion of State Government–No case is made out for interference.
