Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996–Rule 22(2)–Petitioner-Sarpanch was suspended on 31.03.2021 and a charge sheet was served to him on the same day–However, the inquiry officer has not been appointed till today–Directed to appoint the inquiry officer within two weeks and conclude the inquiry till 31.02.2022–If the same is not completed, order of suspension would be stood revoked and his position as Sarpanch shall be restored.
