Sec. 151–Original suit for permanent injunction was decreed in favour of appellant nos. 1 to 4 (LR’s. of sole deceased plaintiff)–They sold the property to appellant no. 5 and she was added in appeal–Present applicants purchased the property from appellant no. 5–Right, title and interest of the suit property is now vested to applicants–They are allowed to be added as appellant nos. 6 & 7–Appellant nos. 6 & 7 are seeking to withdraw the original suit itself–Ordered accordingly.
