divorce–Appreciation of–If any fraud was committed with appellant, he was required to file the application u/s. 12 for annulment of marriage within prescribed limitation–No evidence or specific instances as regard to cruelty–Appellant withdrew the application u/s. 9 and filed the petition u/s. 13 on same day–Held, decree of divorce was rightly denied.
