Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/149–Conviction–Proper Section–Evidence of witness is found totally inconsistent with the medical evidence as no incised wound was found on the person of deceased–Doctor stated that the injuries were caused by a hard and blunt weapon–Farsa, sword, and ballam were not used–However, there is abundant evidence to show that the appellants attacked the deceased and injured witness–Held, appellants are liable to be convicted u/s. 326/149.
