Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 366, 376-D, 384, 506, 344 & 143–Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1985–Sec. 3(2)(v)–Prayer for quashing the FIR–Complainant-major girl was found missing from her house–She handed over her Aadhar Card and Marksheet in police statement and stated that she herself called the petitioner and accompanied with him and they married to each other–Both stayed together happily in Chandigarh for two months–She expressed her desire to go with petitioner–FIR is highly belated and allegations made in it are patently false and cooked up–Marriage was not questioned before any Court and the father of complainant managed to procure the custody of the girl in manipulated proceedings u/s. 97 Cr.P.C.–Thereafter, the FIR was came to be registered with fabricated allegations–Quashed.
