Tort–Compensation–Deceased was traveling on the roof of train–Though the people who traveled on rooftop contributed to the mishap, the Railway Administration is not free from blame–Persons who died in the incident and those who sustained injuries, must be duly compensated by Railway Administration–Directed accordingly.
