Criminal Trial–Witnesses–Reliability of–PW 1 & 4 are the mother and brother of deceased–They found the deceased in injured condition with his hands tied behind from back, leg broken and eyes burning with chilly powder–No effort to untie his hands, or rush to hin to hospital–If the version is taken to be correct, his hands were untied after the getting instructions by police–Conduct of prosecution witnesses does not inspire confidence.
