Antiquities & Art Treasures Act, 1972–Secs. 23 to 24–Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 4–Case deals with the offence under I.P.C., however, a few offences are covered under AAT Act–Special law would override over the general law–Investigation and trial should have been done in accordance with the provisions of AAT Act.
