General Rules (Civil), 1986–Rule 186–Obtaining of a document from Civil Court in order to investigate in a criminal case–In case of other than the one mentioned in the rule, a document is to be obtained only when an appropriate order has been sought from the High Court–Provision does not lay down that in all cases, where an original document from the record of civil Court is required to be taken by the investigating officer, he has to seek permission from High Court.
