Penal Code, 1860–Conviction–Sustainability–Incident did not take place as alleged by the prosecution–Prosecution suppressed the genesis and the manner in which the incident occurred–It is not possible that even after firing 540 pellets, non of witnesses received injury–Recoveries are doubtful–Appellants are entitled to getting the benefit of the doubt.
