Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 427–Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 138–Conviction and sentence in three different cases–Prayer for running the sentence concurrently–Held, in view of the decided case laws, sentence awarded to petitioner in all three, complaint shall run concurrently.
