not be said to be of such a brutal, depraved, heinous or diabolical nature so as to fall into the category of the rerest of rare case–Prosecution did not establish that he was beyond reform, especially given his young age–No criminal antecedent–Sentence modified upto the life imprisonment of twenty years without claiming remission.
