Order 6, Rule 17, CPC–Tribunal decided two applications under the same provision by passing the contradictory orders–In one application, the amendment sought for was allowed but in another case, the amendment sought for was denied–Amendment is for subsequent event and if allowed, it would not change the nature of suit–Application is allowed subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/-.
