Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 308/34, 323, 325/34 & 341–Charge framed for the offence–Revision against–Fracture was sustained on the right elbow and tibia and fibula–Injured remained in hospital for one month–She was aged 65 years–In view of the circumstances of case, no case is made out for discharging from the offence from 308–Interference declined.
