Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 138–Suspension of sentence–While suspending the sentence, appellate Court imposed the condition to deposit the 50% amount of compensation–Legality–Offence is bailable one–A person should not to be made to suffer imprisonment only because the condition imposed for suspending the sentence is harsh–Condition quashed and set aside.
