Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/34, 341/34 & 323/34–Conviction–Proper Section–Some altercation took place between the deceased and appellants while the deceased was crossing the house of appellants–No meeting of minds to commit the offence–Incident occurred in all of sudden–Both the appellants are responsible for their own acts–B inflicted single head injury which was of such nature likely to cause death–He is guilty of the offence u/s. 304 Pt. I & 341–Appellant S is guilty of the offence u/s. 323 & 341.
