Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 9, Rule 7–Ex-parte proceedings were set aside by imposing the cost of Rs. 5000/- on tenant and he was directed to file the reply of petition–He did not comply the direction and filed the application for supply of eviction petition–Dismissed–Application was filed for the purpose of further causing delay–If he was not having the copy of petition, how he had been move the proper application–No good reason was shown by him for non-compliance of earlier order–Held, application for supply of petition was rightly dismissed.
