Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1950–Sec. 13–Decree of eviction on the ground of subletting and bonafide necessity–Reversed by first appellate Court–Justification–Plaintiff-land–lord is not required to prove the payment of any such rent by the sub-tenant to the original tenant or execution of any document between them–Findings of first appellate Court on the issue of sub-tenancy are liable to be set aside–Appeal is liable to be allowed.
