Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009–Secs. 24(iii) & 31–Rejection of nomination on the ground of disqualification–Writ petition against–Maintainability of–Validity of any election can be called in question only by way of election petition before the election Tribunal–Art. 243 G of Constitution put a complete bar on questioning the Election–Rejection of nomination form improperly is a specific ground provided for under clause (c) of Sec. 31(1) of the Act–Held, petition deserves to be dismissed.
