Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 27 & Sec. 115–Scope of interference by revisional Court in the matters of acceptance of additional evidence by lower appellate Court–Interference would not be justified as if the order is wrong on merits, it would always be open for the respondent to challenge the final order of appeal.
